You were redirected to this page automatically after the connection to your computer was lost. The work was most likely not finished at this point.
Once the connection is established we will continue working on your PC.
Disconnection could be a result of poor internet connectivity or your PC reboot process. To connect again, please try the following steps:
1. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- If you are using wireless internet, check to see how many other people are using the same wifi. If you are at home and many people are on wifi, ask politely if one or more of them can pause their activity until you are done with the remote connection or, if you can, hardwire your computer to the internet.
- Be aware that severe weather, such as thunderstorms, can affect your connection. If you are experiencing severe weather, you may not be able to access the technical support team, even after multiple attempts.
2. Restart your remote connection with the technical team.
- Restart your modem and/or Wi-Fi router at your location. Some connection issues can be resolved by simply restarting the modem and/or router.
- Restart your device and contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) in case the reboot didn't help to establish the connection with the technical team. Contact your provider for any service outages or disruptions. If you receive the "Lost internet connection" error message frequently, let your provider know
If none of the above steps resolve your issue with the lost session, please connect with the technical team in any appropriate way for you:
