If you have encountered a technical issue and require our assistance, you can initiate a support session at any given time by using the LogMeIn Rescue app.
The LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card application shortcut is placed on your desktop by our technicians after you purchase the SupportNex service.
The shortcut on your desktop should look like a desktop PC with the SupportNex signature:
- After you double-click on the shortcut, the following window will open asking you for login information:
- You need to fill out your order ID number, phone number, and email. The order ID can be found in your purchase confirmation email.
- After you click the Connect button you will be asked to give the technician permission to perform certain actions on your PC, click Yes/OK to grant permissions.
- The remote session will start, and you will be connected to one of our technicians. You can communicate with the technician directly using the chat window.
