SupportNex is now Ailova·Care

We have a friendly update to share. As of July 1, 2026, SupportNex has a new name: Ailova·Care.

The name is new. The people, the service, and the care you rely on are the same.

Why the new name?

Over the years, our work has become less about "tech support" and more about looking after people — patiently, one call at a time. We wanted a name that reflects that. Ailova·Care puts care first: real help from real people who take the time to get things right for you.

What this means for you

• Your subscription continues exactly as before. Nothing about your plan, price, or billing changes due to the new name.

• Over the coming weeks, you'll start to see the name Ailova Care where you used to see SupportNex — on our website, in our emails, and on this help page.

That's really all there is to it: the same trusted service, with a warmer name.
